Stated below is an overview of the Representation contract between the two parties; The Organization (On Field) and the Client. It is hereby agreed as follows:

On Field is appointed by the Client for representation and to provide services on the following terms:

FEE OF SERVICE

The client will be invoiced for the chosen amount once agreement has been signed and received by On Field and this will be non-refundable unless under Extenuating circumstances.

As per NCAA/NAIA rules and regulations, no portion of the fee will be refunded if you do not receive a scholarship offer. There are no additional fees due after receiving a scholarship offer. On Field abide by all NCAA and NAIA recruiting rules and regulations. 

PAYMENT

The Client shall pay to On Field as stated in the signed agreement.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and each of the parties to this Agreement hereby submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in relation to the determination of any disputes connected with this Agreement.

INSURANCE

On Field maintains relevant Professional Indemnity Insurance, Employers Liability Insurance and Public Liability Insurance at all times to support our operations.

DISPUTES

Any debate between the parties emerging out of or in association with the Contract, counting but not restricted to any address with respect to its presence, legitimacy or end, ought to at first be coordinated to the Mediator. In the event that it cannot be settled, it'll be alluded to and at last settled by the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA. 

DURATION AND TERMINATION

This Agreement will commence on the Date of the first payment being received by On Field and may be terminated as follows below:

The Client may end this Understanding in case the Company has breached this Ascension in a genuine way and has not corrected that breach inside a period of four weeks of having been informed in composing of that breach by the Client, or that breach is not able of amendment. In such an occasion the Client should be entitled to a full discount of the Administrations Charge in full fulfilment of all obligation of the Company to the Client, but that which may not be restricted beneath law.

The Client may end this Ascension in case the Client has taken after the Graduation Date endured a genuine harm which avoids them on an continuous basis from partaking within the wear for which a grant is looked for. The nearness of a genuine damage of the nature depicted might be decided by the Company, acting sensibly/ In this occasion the total of the Benefit Expense should be discounted. For the purposes of this clause the Client should not be entitled to depend upon any damage in presence at the Graduation Date.

The Client may end this Ascension at any time by taking note in composing to the other and for any reason. In such an occasion the Client should be entitled to a discount of the Administrations Expense as taken after:

a) On the off chance that the Client gives, take note of the end inside fourteen days of the Graduation Date, the total of the Services Fee. b) In the event that the Client gives take note of end taking after expiry of this period but inside fifty days of the Graduation Date, half of the Administrations Expense.

TRADING

On Field Trades under the name of the founder: Mr Robert James Farnham-Rose and uses On Field Scholar purely as a brand name.
