College swimming has been a training ground for future world and Olympic champions. The US collegiate system has produced some of the best swimmers in history, such as Caeleb Dressel and Natalie Coughlin. The US system provides swimmers with the opportunity to train and be treated like professional athletes while earning a degree. They receive extensive support, including free physio and travel to top competitions, as well as exceptional coaching and facilities.
